Returns and Refunds

At Madari Organics, we stand behind the quality of our premium organic products. However, due to the nature of agricultural inputs, we have a specific return policy:

Damaged Products Only

  • We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged or defective
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Approved returns will receive a full refund or replacement

No General Returns

  • Due to the specialized nature of organic fertilizers and agricultural products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or unused products
  • Please ensure you order the correct products and quantities

How to Report Damaged Products

  • Contact our expert support team immediately upon delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Our team will review and process approved claims within 3-5 business days
