Returns and Refunds
At Madari Organics, we stand behind the quality of our premium organic products. However, due to the nature of agricultural inputs, we have a specific return policy:
Damaged Products Only
- We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged or defective
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
- Approved returns will receive a full refund or replacement
No General Returns
- Due to the specialized nature of organic fertilizers and agricultural products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or unused products
- Please ensure you order the correct products and quantities
How to Report Damaged Products

- Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Our team will review and process approved claims within 3-5 business days
